For organizing the German Society of Sport Science‘s 23rd University Day of Sport Science with more than 550 attendees, we have chosen Converia to provide the conference management system very early on and haven’t regretted the decision.
Thanks to Converia, we were able to successfully manage the comprehensive attendee registration and support, the complete abstract management with more than 350 submissions as well as a detailed program planning. On one side, Converia stands out due to a user-friendly frontend interface and at the same time features a simple and intuitive backend handling. This is also reflected in the results of the attendee evaluation. 94.4% gave the online registration process a rating of good to very good.
Particularly worthy of mention is the excellent support provided by the Converia team. Our contact person Mrs. Fischer was always there for us, coming up with solutions for our individual questions and requests even on short notice. The full package consisting of a very good software as well as an excellent support makes Converia a powerful tool that meets conference requirements in an ideal way.

Converia was an important partner that facilitated many processes in the planning and running stages of the 12th European FIEP congress, a congress with 200 attendees from all over the world. The software helped us with the entire ticketing process (registration, booking, payment, check-in), paper submission and reviewing as well as with planning the scientific program. With its numerous features it covers practically anything needed to organize a conference. Other features are the good usability and the simple and intuitive handling in most cases. Many of the software’s default settings (e.g. regarding email communication with attendees) can be used immediately. Whenever we encountered any problems, the Converia team was quick to respond, friendly and knowledgeable.
We will be glad to work with Converia again should we organize another congress in the future. The software as well as the team behind it are highly recommended based on our experience.

After facing enormous difficulties with handling online payments, all of our conference’s registration and payment formalities finally started to run smoothly once we – albeit a bit late - decided to use Converia.
