Setting up a new conference is something you can easily do on your own in Converia. But if you want, you can also book our setup service and we'll do it for you.
Maybe you don't have all the details for your conference yet. Don't worry, you can still set up the conference and add more info later.
Sometimes it's useful to extend submission deadlines or the registration period. You can therefore edit your conference's details at any time - even if the registration or abstract submission has already started.
Participants are able to pay via bank transfer, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. It's up to you which of the options you would like to offer.
If Converia also handles the participation fees for you, you don't need your own credit card contracts.
We usually transfer the proceeds to your bank account once a month. The only prerequisite is that our bank account has already received participation fees.
In some cases, organizers decide to use Converia for additional tasks, e.g. for tracking on-site attendance or making parts of their program available in a digital format. Converia is very flexible, so adding more options later is usually not a problem.
After signing the contract, it usually takes around 2-4 weeks until the registration or the abstract submission is ready to start. This will also provide you with enough time to test all features.
Upon submitting the contact form, we'll email you the Converia demo login data. Use the demo to experience Converia both from a participant's and an organizer's point of view.
We do not need any credit card data at this stage. You do not automatically sign a contract with us. Instead, you can take your time to test the software and decide whether Converia is the right tool for your conference.
